In what locations do you offer experiences?
Currently, we have teams in Mount Desert, Maine, and asheville, North Carolina. as a result, most of our experiences happen in close proximity to these locations. We have special use permits in surrounding national forests which give us a variety of options regarding retreats and outdoor activities.
Do you ever offer experiences outside of your team locations?
Yes. If there are locations you would like to explore outside the proximity of our existing teams, please contact us. if your request falls within our scope of operation, we would be happy to explore options with you.
What is the experience level required for your outdoor activities?
Our desire is to make all of our available outdoor activities accessible for everyone. Whether you are a beginner or avid adventurer, we have you covered.
What should we bring?
For each of our outdoor activities and retreats, we have created specific packing lists to meet our guests’ needs. Shortly after booking a trip, you will receive the appropriate packing list for your experience.
What is your inclement weather policy?
All of our activities, with the exception of rock climbing, happen rain or shine.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy varies depending upon the nature of the experience you have booked. Upon booking, our team will communicate the applicable cancellation policy to you. Should you have further questions, please feel free to contact us.
What are the cost of your experiences?
Due to the customized nature of our experiences, our costs vary. Upon filling out a trip request form, we will send you a comprehensive quote for your review.
How far in advance do we need to book an experience?
We recommend submitting a trip request form at least three months prior to your desired trip date. This provides our staff ample time to create your custom experience all the while giving you ample time to recruit within your sphere of influence.
I have dietary restrictions. Do you provide accommodating meals?
Absolutely. shortly after your experience is booked, we will send you our company waivers which provide you space to communicate your dietary needs.
